Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Business Development to lead our OEM and enterprise solutions growth strategy. This individual will drive new market development, strengthen vendor alliances, and lead a high-performing sales organization focused on delivering advanced IT infrastructure solutions across enterprise, government, and service provider markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Catalyst’s business development strategy across key OEM partnerships (Arista, HPE, Juniper, Dell, Vertiv, etc.)
- Identify new revenue streams, strategic accounts, and partnership opportunities within enterprise and data center segments
- Lead, mentor, and scale the business development and sales teams to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with OEM partner channels and major accounts
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations to design and position end-to-end IT solution offerings
- Negotiate partnership agreements, vendor incentives, and high-value customer contracts
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and margin analysis through Salesforce and related systems
- Represent Catalyst at industry events, OEM briefings, and technology summits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT hardware or infrastructure solutions sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Strong understanding of OEM partner ecosystems, including channel programs, certifications, and deal registration models
- Proven record of driving multimillion-dollar growth through strategic alliances and enterprise sales initiatives
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
- Experience managing high-performance sales organizations and developing scalable go-to-market plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
