Role: Inside Sales Representative
Catalyst Data Solutions is a fast-growing IT hardware solutions provider, specializing in enterprise networking, servers, storage, and lifecycle IT asset programs. We partner with leading OEMs including Cisco, Arista, HPE, Aruba, Dell, and NVIDIA while also delivering circular-economy solutions with refurbished and excess hardware to help customers reduce costs and lead times.
We are seeking a driven, motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, hitting performance goals, and turning opportunities into revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to new prospects and existing customers
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through consistent outreach and relationship building
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across enterprise and ISP sectors
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer experience
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer outreach, or account management preferred (B2B experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle high call volumes, follow up consistently, and manage multiple accounts
- Familiarity with IT hardware (networking, servers, storage) a plus, but not required—training provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and basic sales tools
